About me
During my work as a paramedic and my voluntary service in India, I have noticed how enriching, exciting, and diverse it is to work with people. To pursue this passion, I studied psychology at the University of Saarbrücken and Freiburg.
I completed a further training as a practitioner of "Australian Regenerative Deep Relaxation Technique" at the Paracelsus School in Gießen. Upon discovering the effectiveness of this technique, I traveled to New Zealand and interned with neurophysiologist and Bowen therapist Dr. Lee. I deepened my knowledge in Bowen therapy (precursor of "Australian regenerative deep relaxation Technique") and wrote a theoretical scientific paper.
Furthermore, I wrote my master's thesis on the mode of action of "Australian regenerative deep relaxation Technique" and presented the results at the International Bowen Conference in October of 2021.
Since February 2021, I have been working as a psychologist in the field of neuropsychology in a rehabilitation clinic. I assisted individuals with neurological diseases during their rehabilitation stay via psychological discussions. At this time, I also completed training as a systemic counselor at the "Educational Institute for therapeutic professions".
This approach influenced me to increase my use of these systemic therapy methods as part of my work as a psychologist in the rehabilitation clinic.
I noticed an astonishing improvement in the mental well-being of my patients within just a few sessions. I decided that the best way to help my patients was to start my own practice. In addition to consultations and coaching, I offer therapeutic discussions. I also have a license to practice psychotherapy with accordance to the German law ("Heilpraktikergesetz").
It gives me great pleasure to accompany individuals with different life situations to ensure a uniquely adapted and resource-oriented therapy through systemic methods and exercises of positive psychology.
